Tim Barnard Illustration has been in
business since 1987, specialising in technical illustration,
graphic design, exhibition illustration, book illustration
(including school textbooks), brochure and newsletter production,
design-for-print, etc. Subjects covered include:
- Laser and submarine technology
- Marine generators
- Yachts and work boats
- Mechanical engineering
- Subsea and oil rig equipment
- Electronics and computers
- Fish farming equipment
- Architectural
illustration/artist's impressions
- 'How things work'
- Technical manuals, cut-away
illustrations, 'exploded views'.
While making use of computers for
some tasks, Tim is qualified and highly skilled in traditional
line and airbrush illustration and is happy to advise on the
best medium for any particular project. Sheila Barnard, the other
half of the team, has a publishing background and looks after
copywriting and proof-reading.
